فرزین لطفی، دریانورد ۲۵ ساله، در تاریخ ۱ مهر ۱۴۰۱ در رضوانشهر گیلان و در جریان اعتراضات سراسری ۱۴۰۱ کشته شد. گزارش شده است که او به ضرب گلوله نیروهای امنیتی ایران جان باخته است. خانوادهاش همچنان بر مزار او در رضوانشهر سوگواری میکنند و مراسم تولد نمادین برایش برگزار میکنند.
